- Once you buy 2 any products, you can get one free hat or one any band which is randomly selected.
- You can't select the free hat or tone any bands you want. Free hat/ band is given by randomly selection. But we will try to match your choice.
- NO exchange for all free hats/ bands no matter in any condition.
- The "2 products" don't include any hat and band.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
- All prices already include shipping and handling fee for shipping to US, Canada. For other countries, requires extra $10 per pair shipping and handling fee.
- Packages are shipped directly from Hong Kong or China and directly sent to your address you gave us.
- Delivery takes 4 - 15 BUSINESS DAYS to the US.
- All packages must be signed for pickup. If nobody is at home, your local post office or delivery company may hold your package for pickup with short time or they may return the package to sender.
- Packages can be tracked only when there is a delay in shipping time. You must contact us under these circumstances.
- If your order is hat(s), throwbacks(s) or jacb(s) solely, we will use normal registered mail method to ship your order. For such shipment, there is no online tracking number for tracking. But you can use this normal mail number to ask for your package status by going or phoning to your local post office.
- In some instances (not all), there will be a customs charge applied to your package.
- We are not responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package.
- No Invoice would be enclosed in order to save your possible customs duty and tax.
- We are not responsible for products seized by local customs.
- We can't control any option or right that customs holds.
- If your customs holds your shoe(s) and don't give you back by any reason, rule or policy, we won't refund and are not responsible for such matter.
- By purchasing with coolkicks.com, you are agreeing with our terms that we are not responsible for any action by customs.
- We will NOT ship C.O.D.

- For sometimes, sneakers bigger than size 10 may run smaller.
- For sometimes, size 7 may run bigger.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email after payment.
- If the sneakers you ordered are in stock, your order will be shipped within 2 days of receiving your confirmation and payment.
- For the same type of sneaker having several colors (such as color 1 and color 2), if one color is out of stock, we will auto change and send another color without confirmation. Unless all the colors of the same type are out of stock, we will then ask for choosing other type.
